This time of year, we are all hopping from one holiday party to another.  If you’re looking for something quick, and delicious to make, this peppermint cheesecake dip is the perfect solution.  Our family can’t get enough of it.  Serve it with pretzels, wafers, graham crackers, or even fruit.  It’s so so yummy!

what you need:

• 2- 8 oz bricks of softened cream cheese
• 1 tub of cool whip
• 1 cup of confectioners sugar
• 2 crushed candy canes

what to do:

Use a mixer to mix the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.

Slowly add the cool whip.  You can fold this in or just use a spoon to mix it together.

Refrigerate for about an hour

Add crushed candy canes, and head out the door!
