Playing with dolls was my absolute favorite thing to do when I was young. I have to admit, I probably played with them longer than I should have. Our first three weren’t fans of dolls, but since T was born, I finally have a reason to search for some fun doll gift ideas!! I won’t even try to pretend I am not thrilled she loves her dolls as much as I did. But the best part is, this was all her. Whether you are shopping for a girl or a boy, if you’re shopping for a kiddo that loves dolls, you are going to love this list!

adorable baby dolls
1. American Girl Bitty Baby
What’s to love- She’s small enough for toddlers, and big enough for preschoolers. You can choose different hair color, eye color, and skin tone. Her eyes open and close. She’s absolutely adorable!
2. Baby Alive
What’s to love- There are several different versions of this doll- some just pee, some poop, some make sounds and move, others don’t, and there are boy and girl versions. Kids love that she can “pee and poop”, and her diaper can be changed!!
3. Paradise Galleries Lifelike Baby Doll
What’s to love- She’s weighted for a more realistic feel. She has “real” hair. She fits in newborn clothes.
4. Manhattan baby Stella
What’s to love- At just 12″, she’s perfect for the littlest doll lover! Her entire body is soft, and she has a magnetic mouth for her pacifier or bottle.
5. Cabbage Patch Cuties
What’s to love- They’re nostalgic, they’re adorable, and they are priced right!! We have a few, and every time I spy a new one (there are tons of different costumes from animals, to holiday related), I want it!! We love that they’re tiny enough for toddler hands. Plus, they have boy, and girl options.
6. DC Superhero Doll
What’s to love- she’s a superhero, and a doll. End of story.
7. American Girl WellieWishers
What’s to Love- they cost less than the original American Dolls, and are so cute for younger doll lovers (preschool age). Also, there are tons of outfits to choose from!
fun doll accessories
1. Doll cradle
What’s to love- It’s made out of wood, and comes with all of the bedding! Super cute!
2. Doll ergo carrier
What’s to love- The above picture is actually mine. We have this carrier, and love it. My youngest 2 lived in an ergo, and T knows that this is the “real deal” made to fit her. She had just turned 2 in that picture, it fits her even better now that she’s a little older, and she still loves it just as much.
3. Mommy & Me 3-in-1 Doll Play Set
What’s to love- This is perfect for bitty babies and dolls that are 18-19″. It looks just like the real thing. The price is right!
4. KidKraft Lil’ Doll High Chair
What’s to love- It’s wooden, super classic looking, and easy enough for little hands to use on their own.
5. Babyboo Double Stroller
What’s to love- We have this stroller, and it’s awesome. Super sturdy, really cute, and fits more than one doll in it. We had a single stroller before this, but it was loaded up with so many babies all the time, we opted for this when the other one had enough… It comes with a matching diaper bag, and the handle and seats can be moved in various positions.
6. Baby Alive Lil Fashion Clothing Set
What’s to love- There are 3 outfits in the set, and they fit 12-14″ dolls.
7. Baby Stella Diaper Bag
What’s to love- I love that everything is soft and can be thrown in the washer! The diapers are perfect for any doll, and can obviously be reused which we love. The bottle works perfectly for any doll, but has a magnet in it for baby Stella.
8. Pink dot toy car seat
What’s to love- It looks just like the real deal. I would have cried tears of joy if I had gotten this as a gift when I was little. Seriously, it has a base, and a 5 point harness, it’s so cool!!
9. Luvable Friends Flannel Receiving Blankets
What’s to love- They’re the real deal, which means they’re big enough to actually swaddle a baby doll. We have plenty of “doll” receiving blankets, they’re tiny, and barely wrap around dolls (even the ones they were intended for). These are perfect!
doll houses and other doll play
1. Melissa and Doug wooden dress up dolls
What’s to love- They’re super cute, and build fine motor skills. We love a classic wooden toy.
2. KidKraft Chelsea Doll Cottage with furniture
What’s to love- We love that this doll house comes with furniture, and that it is perfect for preschoolers and up. The furniture, and house are filled with tiny, adorable details, and still durable enough for little hands.
3. Plan Toys Doll House
What’s to love- It’s gender neutral, and made of wood. Super durable, and it’s open on both sides which makes playing with others much easier!
4. Plan Toys Wooden doll family
What’s to love- Multicultural families to choose from. Figures can be posed, and are wooden.
5. Plan Toys Wooden doll family
What’s to love- Just look at them!! They’re so cute!
